Frequently asked.
Everything you need to know before you choose a new layer for your planning practice.
What are LayerJournal templates?
They are thoughtfully designed digital and printable planning tools that help you organize, reflect, and make room for the things you care about.
How do I receive my purchase?
Digital products are available immediately after checkout. You will see download instructions on the confirmation page and in your order email.
Can I print the templates at home?
Yes. Our printable templates are made for standard home printing, and each product page includes the recommended paper and size notes.
Can I use a template on my tablet?
Yes. Digital planner files are designed to work with common annotation apps that support PDF imports.
Do you offer refunds?
Because our products are digital, purchases are generally final once a file has been downloaded. If something is not working as expected, contact us and we will make it right where we can.
Can I share a template with someone else?
LayerJournal templates are licensed for personal use. Please do not redistribute, resell, or share the original files.
How can I get help with an order?
Email contact@layerjournal.com with your order number and a short description of what you need. We will reply as soon as possible.
